Honor tipped to be developing a 12,000 mAh battery

Honor is reportedly working on a massive 12,000 mAh battery for it’s upcoming smartphone. According to the latest report of reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, the company is developing a new 12,000 mAh battery, which has already entered trial production.

Earlier, we had heard through rumours that Honor the brand is planning to develop an 11,000 mAh to 12,000 mAh battery for the upcoming Power3. Meanwhile, some other claimed it to be a 10,000 mAh cell or a 14,000 mAh smartphone battery. Now, Digital Chat Station has claimed it to be 12,000 mAh battery.

The tipster also informed that the battery allegedly has a rated capacity of 11,790 mAh, and a rated energy of 43.86 Wh.

However, the tipster did not reveal whether the device will be introduced in the upcoming smartphone of the company or in any other device. Suggestion have also risen that it could be a member of the upcoming Honor Win2 family, perhaps the Win Turbo2.

There’s also still a chance that it’s intended for the Honor Power3.
