HMD Icon Flip 1 Image, specs leaked ahead of launch
by Sunita · KalingaTVHMD is reportedly working on the launch of a new flip phone, which will likely be called HMD Icon Flip 1. Ahead of official launch, the image of the purported device has been leaked online.
A X post by @smashx_60, has revealed the images of the HMD Icon Flip 1 along with its expected specifications.
The leak has revealed that the flip phone will feature a 2.8-inch primary screen with a 1.7″ outer display. The cameras available on the device could include a MP fixed-focus camera. The device will pack a 1,500 mAh removable battery and available in 48MB + 128MB storage. The feature phone will run S30+ OS with support for cloud apps.
The processor on the device could be a Unisoc T127 SoC. It supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, and has a 3.5mm headphone jack.
It will likely be offered in three colur options of Magenta, Bleen, Glossy Black.
Looking at the specifications, the device seems like a slightly updated version of the Nokia 2660 Flip phone, which made its debut back in 2022. However, the new flip phone will come in typical HMD bold color scheme. The images shows the device in bright pink and light blue.It might also come in black for those who prefers deep colours.
It’s unclear when this new phone will launch exactly or how much it will cost, but obviously don’t expect it to be expensive given what’s on offer here.
