Jajpur: Series of accidents in Kuakhia Bazar leaves 7 injured

Jajpur: A series of accidents in Kuakhia Bazar of Jajpur has left seven people seriously injured on Thursday.  The accident took place after a speeding car rammed into two bikes and a scooter.

According to information, a car coming from Bari area was moving at high speed when it lost control and hit two motorcycles and a scooter in Kuakhia market. Accordingly, at least seven people turned critical.

All 7 injured, including bike riders and pedestrians present at the spot, were rushed to Jajpur District Headquarters Hospital and Madhuban Community Health Centre by ambulance.

Following the incident, Kuakhia police reached the spot and detained the car driver. An investigation is underway.
