OSEPA writes for correction of printing mistake in Textbooks from Grade I to VIII

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA) has written letter to the concerned officials for the correction of printing mistake in Textbooks from Grade I to VIII.
In a letter to all DEO-cum-District Project Coordinators, the State Project Director of OSEPA, has asked for the correction of printing mistake in the textbooks from Grade I to VIII.

“The Directorate of TE&SCERT being the State Academic Authority has developed the Textbooks from Class I to VIII as “Experimental Edition” in Odia language only for the the Academic year 2026-27. The 1st edition of Textbooks as per NEP 2020 have already been printed and distributed among the students at all District level. Although due care was taken in content development, minor error may remain. Now, the Director, TE & SCERT has taken necessary steps to verify the errors found in textbooks from Grade I to VIll has issued a corrigendum to that effect,” read the letter.
“In view of above, you are requested to circulate the above corrigendum to all the schools under your jurisdiction for information and necessary action. The teachers may be instructed to use corrigendum for error free transaction. Further, instructions of the Director, TE & SCERT as mentioned in the referred letter shall be followed scrupulously by all concerned,” it added.
