Lawyer escapes death after truck drags car for nearly 100 metres on Khandagiri overbridge

Bhubaneswar: In a major road accident reported from the State Capital, a lawyer managed to escape miraculously after his car was dragged for almost 100 meters by a truck on Khandagiri Overbridge in Bhubaneswar.

As per reports, a truck speeding at a fast pace had hit the car which was already on its way to the other side.

The car was severely damaged in the accident, however, the lawyer who was driving the vehicle suffered minor injuries only.

The accident brought the traffic to a halt and locals rushed to the spot. With the support of locals, the situation was brought under control.

On being informed, police rushed to the spot and started the investigation.

Preliminary investigations have revealed that the truck driver was driving rashly.
