Tata Avinya design patent leaks, dashboard details revealed

The Tata Avinya design patent image has been shared online. The design patent image has revealed the dashboard design of Tata’s upcoming EV.

The design patent image shows the new Tata Avinya EV with a new two-spoke steering wheel. The steering wheel was seen sporting the Avinya branding in the middle. Meanwhile, the headlight and wiper stalks are positioned marginally higher than the standard positions.

The dashboard seems to have a minimalistic design with rectangular AC vents. A large infotainment system is also seen in the dashboard. This infotainment system is speculated to be the largest on any production car to date, likely a 14 or 15-inch unit.

The 2027 Tata Avinya will be preceded by two new EVs, including the Sierra EV and the Tigor EV. Another EV, which could be the Safari EV, is likely to arrive around the same time. The Avinya EV will later be followed by another new nameplate, and we are placing our bets on a Kia Carens Clavis EV rival, which makes the most sense in our opinion. Additionally, Tata Motors also plans to launch six new ICE models by FY2031, details of which you can read on our website.
