Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender lands on streaming July 25th

Wouldn't it be cool if beloved animated show Avatar: The Last Airbender got a sequel? Yes, I know we already have The Legend of Korra, but that jumped forward, like, eighty years. There's another series coming down the line too, but that'll involve an even bigger time jump right into a post-apocalypse!

What if I just want to see what happened to the cast of the original show right afterwards? What if I want to see them as young adults with cool revamped designs? What if I want Dante Basco to get more work?

Well, two out of three isn't bad. When you watch the trailer for Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender, you have to pretend you didn't already see the entire movie when it was leaked months ago.

It's a beautifully animated followup to a beloved series with plenty of nostalgia to cash in on, so it's going straight to streaming on July 25th.
