A simple and quick highball to welcome guests to your festive gathering
Grape and Grain
Ingredients:
- 35ml Bushmills 15 Year Old Single Malt
- White grape & apricot soda
- Ice
- Orange slice to garnish
Method:
Add 15 Year Old Single Malt to a highball glass with ice and top with White Grape & Apricot Soda. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy.
An elegant aperitif to enjoy before tucking into your Christmas dinner
Cognac Cask
Ingredients:
- 35ml Bushmills 15 Year Old Single Malt
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup / honey syrup
- Soda
- Ice
- Lemon slices to garnish
Method:
Combine Bushmills 15 Year Old, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with soda. Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy.

Blackberry Bush
Ingredients:
- 45ml Bushmills 15 Year Old Single Malt
- 15ml dry vermouth
- 15ml blackberry syrup
- 10ml lemon juice
- 10ml lime juice
- 15ml egg white
- Blackberry and rosemary sprig to garnish
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a blackberry and rosemary sprig and enjoy.
