TVS Sales Breakup Aug 2026 – Jupiter, Apache, XL, iQube, Raider, Ntorq, Orbiter

TVS domestic sales grew 17.60% year-on-year to 4.34 lakh units, while volumes slipped marginally compared to July

TVS recorded domestic sales of 4,33,796 units in August 2026, up from 3,68,862 units in August last year. This translated into growth of 17.60%, or 64,934 additional units. Jupiter remained the largest contributor, while Apache, iQube and Ronin registered strong annual gains. Orbiter and Ntorq 150 also added to the overall tally.

Jupiter topped the lineup with 1,47,450 units, accounting for 33.99% of TVS domestic sales. Volumes increased 3.54% from 1,42,411 units in August 2025, although they slipped 0.77% against July’s 1,48,595 units. Moped TVS XL contributed 45,936 units, registering annual growth of 4.67% over 43,886 units. Compared to July’s 50,497 units, volumes fell 9.03%.

Apache range registered sales of 55,123 units, growing 22.39% year-on-year from 45,038 units. Sequentially, sales declined 7.21% from 59,404 units. Premium Apache range of Apache RTX / 310 recorded 1,925 units, up 117.76% annually but down 14.02% month-on-month. TVS has updated the Apache range earlier this month which will likely see increased sales in coming months.

iQube Grows 75.50% YoY, Orbiter Adds 14,641 Units

iQube recorded sales of 42,882 units, a strong 75.50% increase over the 24,434 units sold in August last year. However, volumes declined 27.79% from July’s 59,386 units, representing the largest absolute monthly drop in the lineup.

Orbiter contributed 14,641 units, with no volume listed in either comparison period. Together, iQube and Orbiter accounted for 57,523 units, or approximately 13.26% of TVS domestic sales. Orbiter’s contribution helped offset much of iQube’s sequential decline. Combined volumes for the two electric scooters were 1,863 units below July’s iQube tally.

Ntorq 150 Supports Range, Raider Gains

Ntorq 125 recorded 28,298 units, down 6.78% from 30,355 units in August 2025. Ntorq 150 added another 11,958 units, taking combined Ntorq sales to 40,256 units. NTorq combined sales increased 5.01% from 38,336 units in July, adding 1,920 units.

Raider also posted growth on both comparisons. Sales reached 37,002 units, up 10.67% from 33,434 units a year earlier and 8.43% over July’s 34,125 units. Radeon recorded 14,074 units, down 2.64% year-on-year but up 1.06% month-on-month.

Ronin, Zest Record Growth

Ronin delivered stronger growth, with sales reaching 11,679 units—an increase of 76.34% over August 2025 and 8.76% over July. With the launch of updated Ronin range earlier this month, sales are expected to grow further in coming months.

TVS Sport sales stood at 11,615 units, declining 15.11% annually but recovering 18.65% sequentially. Zest registered 11,213 units, growing 19.31% year-on-year and 8.25% month-on-month. Star City recorded zero units, compared to 4,260 units in August 2025 and zero in July 2026.
