New Hero Xpulse Scrambler Concept – EICMA 2026

Hero MotoCorp has showcased its Xpulse Scrambler Concept at EICMA 2026, offering a fresh interpretation of the Xpulse family. Following its earlier appearance in leaked show-floor photographs, clearer images now reveal more of the motorcycle’s styling, hardware and cockpit.
Retro Styling With Modern Details
The concept combines a sculpted red fuel tank with diagonal silver graphics, prominent Xpulse badges and Scrambler Concept lettering. Silver side panels and gold-finished wheel rims contrast with the exposed black frame and engine.
A brown-and-black single-piece seat adds a retro touch, with ribbed detailing across the rider’s section. The seat flows into a short tail, featuring a compact illuminated tail lamp and a small rear mudguard.
Unlike the more enclosed bodywork of the new Xpulse 450 adventure motorcycle, the scrambler leaves much of its mechanical layout exposed. Its narrow waist, broad footpegs and wide handlebar give it a distinctly different appearance.
H-Shaped Lighting Signature
At the front, the motorcycle gets a rounded headlamp housing with an H-shaped lighting signature. A tinted flyscreen sits above it, while a high-mounted red mudguard carries graphics matching the tank.
Handguards feature red upper sections and dark lower panels. The wide, relatively straight handlebar suggests an upright riding position, although seat height and other ergonomic measurements have not been announced.
Another unusual detail is the small metal platform surrounding the fuel filler area. Dark patterned surfaces also feature along the tank spine and around the headlamp, adding visual contrast without establishing the material used.
Dual-Outlet Exhaust And Spoke Wheels
Official photographs provide a clear view of the right-side exhaust with two vertically stacked outlets. A large silver heat shield wraps around the silencer, becoming one of the concept’s most distinctive features. The motorcycle appears to use a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheel combination, paired with chunky dual-purpose tyres. These dimensions remain subject to official confirmation.
Suspension comprises upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock, while disc brakes are visible at both ends. An engine bash plate, fork guards and serrated footpegs reinforce the rough-road theme. Suspension travel, ground clearance, weight and braking-system details remain undisclosed.
Could Share The Xpulse 210 Engine
A radiator and exposed coolant plumbing confirm the presence of a liquid-cooling arrangement. It could be based around the Xpulse 210 powertrain, rather than the 421cc engine used by the newly unveiled Xpulse 450. The cockpit features a circular digital instrument console resembling the unit used on the Harley-Davidson X440. Its exact specification and connectivity functions have not been announced.
Production Plans Awaited
The Xpulse Scrambler remains a concept, with no confirmed production schedule, launch date or pricing. Its eventual showroom form could also differ from the motorcycle displayed at EICMA. Nevertheless, the concept demonstrates how Hero could extend the Xpulse identity beyond adventure and dual-sport motorcycles. Its retro styling, smaller-looking wheel combination and exposed mechanical design offer a different direction alongside the brand’s expanding adventure range.
