2026 Honda CB350 Range vs RE Bullet, Classic, Hunter 350 – Price, Specs, Features

The updated 2026 CB350 lineup primarily aim to take on 350cc family from Royal Enfield. While Royal Enfield currently reigns champion in the 350cc retro classic bikes segment, Honda emerges as a worthy challenger.
With 2026 Honda CB350 lineup, the company has dropped H’Ness moniker from the name of its popular Roadster and it is now simply called CB350. CB350C and CB350RS retain their names, but get new colours. 2026 CB350, CB350C and CB350RS primarily take on RE’s Bullet 350, Classic 350 and Hunter 350.
2026 Honda CB350 Lineup vs RE 350
The three-bike 350cc retro bike lineup from Honda consists of CB350, CB350C and CB350RS and they sit between a narrow price gap of around Rs 9k. When compared to RE350 family, Honda’s CB350 family appear to be more expensive, but if you look at them closely, they offer more than Royal Enfield’s 350cc lineup.
All three Honda CB350 bikes come equipped with the same 348.36cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine with the same 20.78 bhp peak power output at 5500 RPM. However, CB350C is rated at 29.5 Nm, whereas other two bikes at 30 Nm, all mated to a 5-speed gearbox along with slipper clutch and Traction control.
In contrast, RE350 family comes with a 349cc single-cylinder engine, also air-cooled and is rated at 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm, matted to a 5-speed gearbox. Hondas get 1,441 mm wheelbase, while RE’s Bullet 350 and Classic 350 get 1,390 mm wheelbase and it is 1,370 mm in Hunter 450. Ground clearance with REs is slightly higher, except for HUnter 350 which has 160 mm ground clearance.
Only Royal Enfield gives out seat height this comparison and Hunter 350 has the lowest seat height. Hondas weigh far less too and the heaviest Honda is CB350C at 186 kg. In Royal Enfield stables, Hunter 350 weighs the lowest at 181 kg, while Classic 350 and Bullet 350 go till 196 kg. This is despite the fact that Hondas come with larger 15L fuel tank.
Components, Equipment
It has to be noted that only Honda CB350 family offers alloy wheels and tubeless tyres as standard, while Royal Enfield vastly offers wire-spoke wheels with tube-type tyres. Honda also offers fatter rubber with CB350 and CB350C offering 130-section rear tyre, while RE Classic 350 and Bullet 350 get 120-section. Hunter 350’s front tyre is 110-section, while all others have 100-section and rear tyre is 140-section, but CB350 RS rear tyre is 150-section.
CB350 family front brake is slightly larger, but RE350’s rear brake disc is much larger. However, Royal Enfield continues to offer rear drum brakes and single-channel ABS on lower variants, while dual disc and dual channel ABS is standard in CB350 family. Front RSU telescopic suspension and rear twin-shockers are common between all bikes. Only Bullet 350 comes with halogen lighting and Hunter 350 gets Halogen indicators. Other than that, its all-LED affair with the rest.
Semi-digital instrument cluster with analog speedometer is common between all, but only Royal Enfield offers Tripper screen which brings turn-by-turn navigation. It is optional in Bullet 350 and lower trims of Classic 350 and hunter 350. In contrast, Honda offers traction control system which Royal Enfield does not.
