India’s two-wheeler exports registered strong growth in FY2026, reflecting improving demand across Africa, Latin America, South Asia and other emerging markets. Total exports stood at 51,80,395 units in FY2026, recording a healthy 23.44% growth over 41,96,605 units exported in FY2025. Export volumes increased by 9.83 lakh units year-on-year. The export market remained largely dominated by commuter motorcycles, with products from Bajaj Auto, TVS Motor, Honda, Hero MotoCorp, Yamaha and Suzuki accounting for the majority of volumes.

OEM Wise Performance

OEM-wise exports show Bajaj continued to dominate India’s two-wheeler export market in FY2026 with 18.80 lakh units and a 36.29% share. However, TVS was the biggest volume gainer among major OEMs, adding 3.41 lakh units YoY to reach 14.13 lakh exports with 31.81% growth. Together, Bajaj and TVS accounted for 63.57% of total two-wheeler exports, highlighting their strong presence in overseas commuter motorcycle markets.

Two Wheeler Exports FY 2026 – OEM Wise

Honda ranked third with 6.20 lakh units, growing 23.16%, while Hero posted a stronger 39.19% rise to 4.03 lakh units. Yamaha and Suzuki also recorded steady growth, with Suzuki’s 25.68% increase standing out among Japanese brands. Royal Enfield exports grew 22.58% to 1.31 lakh units, supported by demand for Classic, Himalayan and 650cc models. KTM was the fastest-growing established OEM, more than doubling exports to 61,585 units. On the other hand, Triumph, Aprilia, BMW and Husqvarna witnessed declines, indicating pressure in select premium export segments.

Top 50 Two Wheeler Exports FY 2026

TVS Star City 125 emerged as India’s highest exported two-wheeler in FY2026 with shipments of 7,20,258 units. Exports increased by 41.38% over 5,09,449 units exported in FY2025. The model alone accounted for 13.90% of all two-wheeler exports from India. Bajaj Boxer 110 secured second position with exports of 5,49,940 units, up 9.60% YoY. The Boxer continues to be one of Bajaj’s strongest products in African markets owing to its rugged construction and durability.

Top 50 Two Wheeler Exports FY 2026

In third place was Bajaj Pulsar 160-200 with 2,36,951 units exported, followed by Bajaj Boxer 125 at 1,99,760 units. Boxer 125 was among the fastest-growing high-volume models, posting a 106.62% increase over FY2025. TVS Star City 110 rounded off the top five with exports of 1,96,522 units.

Bajaj Auto maintained a commanding presence in export markets. Apart from Boxer and Pulsar models, strong contributions came from CT 125 (1,77,235 units), CT 110 (1,66,392 units), Pulsar 125 (1,11,403 units), Pulsar 250 (64,915 units) and Boxer 150 (1,21,894 units). The company had seven models among the top 20 export motorcycles, underlining its extensive reach in developing markets.

Honda Navi Surprises Again

One of the more interesting names in the rankings was Honda Navi. Despite being discontinued in India years ago, Navi continued to enjoy strong export demand with shipments of 1,72,790 units in FY2026, up 20.34% YoY. Honda also posted strong numbers with Dio (1,36,960 units), Shine 125 (55,899 units), Hornet 2.0 (38,509 units) and Dio 125 (36,335 units).

TVS Motor had a particularly strong year in exports. Apart from Star City 125 and Star City 110, exports of Sport stood at 1,48,799 units, up 65.48% YoY. Apache exports increased to 1,32,880 units, while Ntorq crossed 97,000 units. TVS XL also recorded impressive growth of 149.07%, reaching 20,982 units.

Hero Gains Momentum

Hero MotoCorp continued expanding its global footprint. HF Deluxe exports increased 57.68% to 96,047 units, while Xtreme 125R more than doubled to 76,530 units. Among Hero’s standout performers was Xoom 125, which surged 459.30% to 46,545 units. Splendor 110, Glamour and Passion also registered strong growth.

Yamaha FZ remained the company’s strongest export model with 1,58,210 units, growing 28.86% YoY. RayZR, MT-15, R15 and FZ25 also contributed significantly. Suzuki’s export performance was led by Gixxer with 1,47,658 units, followed by Burgman (40,853 units), Access (26,046 units) and Gixxer 250 (21,795 units).

Premium Motorcycle Exports Expand

The premium motorcycle segment also witnessed healthy growth. KTM 390 exports jumped 262.75% to 32,212 units. Royal Enfield’s Classic 350 crossed 27,915 units while Himalayan registered 25,963 units. Royal Enfield’s newly introduced Guerrilla 450 recorded exports of 11,296 units, while 650 Twins reached 16,173 units. Honda’s premium motorcycles such as H’ness 350 and CB350 also posted triple-digit growth rates.

EV Exports Still Small But Growing

Electric two-wheeler exports remained relatively small compared to ICE motorcycles, but growth was evident. TVS iQube exports rose to 3,860 units, while Ather exported 2,383 units of the 450X and 461 units of the Rizta. Bajaj Chetak posted one of the highest growth rates in the industry, rising from just 125 units in FY2025 to 1,904 units in FY2026.
