2026 Tata Harrier, Safari STEALTH Edition Launch Price Rs 23.43 L Onwards

Based on their respective top-spec trims, the Stealth editions of Harrier and Safari share largely the same equipment

Tata’s strategy to offer special editions of existing models has yielded positive results. In the case of Harrier and Safari, options include Dark and Red-Dark editions. Tata has now expanded this lineup with the Stealth editions of Harrier and Safari. These were introduced earlier in 2025, but were limited to only 2,700 units. The new 2026 Stealth models seem more like a regular offering.

Tata Harrier, Safari Stealth editions – Key highlights

Stealth editions of Harrier and Safari have a Matte Stealth Black exterior paint. This shade helps achieve a more stealthy presence for these SUVs. Harrier and Safari Stealth editions use a Matte Black finish on the 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. Design of the wheels is the same as seen with the Dark and Red-Dark editions. However, the distinctive Matte Black finish of Stealth editions is a better match with the all-black exteriors.

Another exclusive feature is a ‘STEALTH’ mascot installed on the front fenders. The Matte Stealth Black theme continues on the inside, where these special editions get Carbon Noir-themed leather seats with Granite Black Deco-stitching. These Stealth editions of Harrier and Safari also get a Carbon Noir-themed dashboard with soft-touch materials and leather inserts.

Other features of Harrier and Safari Stealth editions are the same as their respective top trims. Harrier Stealth is based on the Fearless Ultra trim, whereas Safari Stealth is based on the Accomplished Ultra trim. Key features include a 14.5-inch infotainment system by Harman, ventilated front row seats, Dolby Atmos and built-in dashcam and DVR. Safety kit includes ADAS Level 2+ with Intelligent Speed Assist (Map and Traffic Sign) and 20 other functionalities.

Also available are features like gesture-controlled powered tailgate, sliding armrest and voice assisted dual-zone climate control. These Stealth editions have various popular apps such as Amazon Prime Video and JioHotstar. Built-in navigation is powered by Mappls Auto. Other highlights include a voice assisted panoramic sunroof, Alexa Home2Car and Car2Home connectivity, ORVMs with memory and auto fold, camera washer and a 65 watt Type-C USB charger.

Petrol and diesel powertrains

Harrier and Safari Stealth editions have powertrain options of a 1.5-litre Hyperion turbo petrol and a 2.0-litre Kryotec turbo diesel. The petrol unit generates 170 PS and 280 Nm of torque. The diesel unit makes 170 PS and 350 Nm. Transmission options for both SUVs include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic. Both SUVs have trail response modes of Normal, Rough and Wet.

Harrier and Safari Stealth editions – Pricing

2026 Tata Harrier Stealth edition is available at a starting price of Rs 23.43 lakh (Petrol MT). The petrol automatic variant has a price tag of Rs 24.85 lakh. Harrier Stealth diesel MT is available at Rs 24.56 lakh. The diesel automatic variant is priced at Rs 26.01 lakh.

In comparison, 2026 Tata Safari Stealth range starts at Rs 24.04 lakh. The petrol automatic is priced at Rs 25.46 lakh and Rs 25.56 lakh for the 6S version. Safari Stealth diesel MT is priced at Rs 25.21 lakh. The diesel automatic costs Rs 26.66 lakh and Rs 26.76 lakh for the 6S version.
