Kärcher steam cleaner 'so good it creates an addiction for cleaning' reduced in Black Friday sale

Amazon has reduced the price of a popular steam cleaner that heats up in 30 seconds. The Kärcher Steam Cleaner SC 3 EasyFix has had its price slashed by 35 per cent in the Black Friday sales, with shoppers now able to get their hands on the useful device for £129.99 instead of £199.99.

The cleaning tool can be used to clean all sorts of surfaces such as floors, shower walls and even taps, without using any chemicals. Many families are adding a steam cleaner into their routines as it is reportedly more hygienic to clean with steam, and this particular device has a one-litre tank that heats up within half a minute.

The steam cleaner also includes a floor cleaning kit, a descaling cartridge and nozzles. It has an average rating of 4.3 stars on Amazon, and customers seem to like how easy it is to use.

One shopper wrote: "Wow! I weighed up this and the Vax H20 one for a while and eventually took the plunge with this due to the additional functions. It's honestly brilliant and I wish I had bought it years ago.

"Cleaned out years of tile grime from a rented out property, no problem. Need to change the nozzles if intensive cleaning but they are relatively inexpensive to replace." Another customer shared: "So good that creates an addiction for cleaning."

Whilst a third added: "This karcher steam cleaner is a great bit of kit. Used around the house to clean floors, sinks, baths, tiles and grout. Really impressed." However, some reviews have warned that they have experienced issues with surfaces being left wet. One stated: "Easy to use but seems to leave surfaces wetter than expected.

"Disappointed that it only came with one large cleaning pad, think it should be supplied with 2 for the price it costs." A second wrote: "I had high hopes for this steamer but sadly it's going back.

"Good build quality but it makes everything so wet that I have spent more time mopping up than cleaning. I understand about condensation but this machine soaked my floors, drenched fabric/upholstery and made a mess of my blinds.. The only thing it managed to clean was grout but I had to use several towels to dry the floor."
