A host of new SUVs are waiting in the pipeline from Mahindra in the coming years but what are they? We have explained here

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has laid out an ambitious product roadmap, aiming to roll out a variety of new models across multiple segments in the Indian market by the end of the decade. In a recent investor meeting a few months ago, the company revealed that more than 20 new vehicles are in the pipeline in the coming years.

It has allocated a significant capital expenditure of Rs. 27,000 crore to back its upcoming launches, to be invested between the next financial year and FY27. This funding will focus on developing new models, expanding production capacity and bolstering its electric vehicle lineup as the XUV.e and BE range of zero-emission vehicles.

Mahindra is gearing up to launch a range of new models across both its automotive and farm sectors, with expectations of significant growth. In FY24, the company captured over 20% of the revenue market share in the highly competitive SUV segment and is now setting its sights on increasing that figure. Recently, Mahindra introduced the XUV 3XO and the five-door Thar Roxx and both have been well received by customers.

Next up, XUV.e8, XUV 3XO EV, BE.05 and XUV.e9 are in the pipeline for 2025. Over the past five years, the SUV segment has seen significant growth, with its market share rising to 64 per cent. Mahindra aims to capitalise on this trend by introducing eight new IC-engined SUVs and seven e-SUVs by the end of this decade.
