Madam Patricia Sitsofe Azumatse, Chairperson of the Planning Committee of the 10th Anniversary of the Club urged parents of children with disabilities to take good care of them.

She also advised parents of visually impaired children to take them to the Centre for training.

Madam Azumatse told Ghana News Agency that without adequate training, the potential of people with disabilities could not be realised.

She emphasised how important it was for the nation to focus on people with disabilities since they have the potential to contribute to the socioeconomic advancement of the country.

Mr Eric Kwabla Ofori, Director for the Centre thanked the Club for their support, stating that it would aid in providing the children with high-quality training.

He appealed to philanthropists and other benevolent organisations to support the Centre in similar ways.
