Oh hey, it's Black Friday, so here are the best Black Friday best graphics cards deals
Big if true
· Rock Paper ShotgunI’m trying something new for this year’s Black Friday coverage: drastically overestimating how long it would take to put together a guide to its best graphics card deals. How is it past 11 already. Still, I do hope this helps any potential upgrader or from-scratch DIY builder out there – GPUs haven’t been 'cheap' in years, and while RAM is currently doing its best to replace them as the most overpriced component type in PCdom, graphics cards are usually in drastic need of discounts. Just as, like, their default state of being.
I’ve gathered up all the best UK- and US-based picks I can find, covering almost all of Nvidia’s current-gen RTX 50 series, plus the Radeon RX 9070 XT. This is the only one I haven’t tested extensively, and personally wouldn’t go for while DLSS continues to bully FSR for its lunch money. It does manage very good price-to-performance, though.
Elsewhere, there are badly needed cuts to the powerful RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 Ti, and a few savings on the RTX 5060 Ti in its correct 16GB configuration. The RTX 5060 is more affordable still, and has endured through the driver issues I had with it at launch, though the RTX 5060 Ti creams it in benchmarks and is thus worth stretching to at both 1080p and 1440p.
Now: list time.
