Can Ukraine convince? At United Nations, Zelensky talks up 'victory plan'

On the battlefield, Ukraine’s on the backfoot in the brutal battle for Pokrovsk in the east but has scored a huge moral blow with its cross border incursion into Kursk. We will begin with France 24’s exclusive report from that Russian region.
