Cloudbeds connects with Klook for hotel distribution

Cloudbeds has integrated its hospitality management system with Klook, giving hotel customers an additional distribution channel across Asia-Pacific.

The two-way integration connects properties using Cloudbeds directly with Klook, with rates, availability and reservations synchronised automatically between the platforms.

Klook combines accommodation with experiences, attractions, activities, local transport and other travel services on its platform. It has a presence across markets including Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and the Philippines.

Through the integration, Cloudbeds customers can distribute their accommodation inventory to travellers using Klook to plan and book different components of their trips. The connection is intended to reduce the need for properties to manage rates and inventory separately across the two systems.

The partnership adds Klook to the distribution options available to Cloudbeds customers and gives properties access to Klook users across its Asia-Pacific markets.
