A search is underway in Ukraine on Friday for people possibly trapped under rubble after a Russian strike hit the country's northeast. Russia struck a residential area of Kharkiv with two missiles on Friday afternoon, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on his Telegram page.
