When Will Your Honor Phone Get Android 17? MagicOS 11 Update Schedule Revealed

Honor has officially charted the global roadmap for MagicOS 11, bringing its highly anticipated Android 17-based interface to a massive roster of smartphones and tablets. While the Open Beta program is already underway for select early adopters, the company confirmed that the stable global rollout will begin this October and continue through March 2027.

The deployment strategy follows a familiar tiered approach. Honor’s premium flagships, notably the recent Magic V6, are positioned at the front of the line and are expected to receive the stable update this month. Throughout the remainder of the year, the software will cascade down to the mid-tier Number series—including the Honor 600 Pro—alongside the brand’s premium tablets. Finally, budget-friendly models in the Honor X series and entry-level devices are projected to round out the schedule in late 2026 and early 2027.

While Honor’s published timeline outlines a broad six-month window rather than exact, day-by-day deployment dates for each model, the comprehensive support list underscores a massive software expansion that covers multiple generations of hardware. Users eager to test the new features early can opt into the Open Beta program, which is expanding to a wider array of devices between September and November.
