Realme has officially refreshed its premium mid-range portfolio in India today with the launch of the Realme 16 Pro series. Comprising the standard Realme 16 Pro and the higher-end Realme 16 Pro+, the lineup makes a bold statement by prioritizing endurance and optical versatility. Both devices arrive with massive 7,000mAh batteries and high-resolution 200MP cameras, signaling a shift in what consumers can expect from the sub-Rs 45,000 segment.

Display and Design: Flat vs. Curved

Realme continues to offer distinct ergonomic choices for its user base. The Realme 16 Pro features a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display, catering to users who prefer traditional geometry and edge durability. In contrast, the Realme 16 Pro+ opts for a more premium aesthetic with a 6.8-inch curved AMOLED panel.

Both screens are formidable, boasting a 144Hz refresh rate and support for 1.07 billion colors. However, the Pro+ takes the lead in outdoor visibility with a staggering peak brightness of 6,500 nits, compared to the 1,800 nits found on the standard model.
