Samsung Galaxy S26 FE Price in India Officially Revealed
by Kreso · NokiamobFollowing its global unveiling late last month, Samsung has officially ended the speculation surrounding the Indian pricing of its latest Fan Edition smartphone, the Galaxy S26 FE. Just days before the device officially hits retail shelves on September 18, the tech giant confirmed the highly anticipated handset will launch at a premium price point of INR 79,999.
A Single Premium Configuration
In a somewhat surprising move, Samsung is bringing only a single memory configuration to the Indian market at launch: a model featuring 8GB of RAM paired with 256GB of internal storage.
Notably absent from the official announcement is an 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, which had prominently featured in recent regional pricing leaks. While the entry-level storage option is missing from the initial rollout, industry watchers speculate that Samsung may introduce it at a later date to capture a broader segment of the market.
Strategic Launch Incentives
To soften the INR 79,999 price tag, Samsung is rolling out a trio of financial incentives for early adopters. However, the company has added a strict caveat: these promotional benefits are mutually exclusive, meaning customers can only select one of the following options at checkout:
- Bank Cashback: A flat INR 7,000 cashback for customers purchasing the device using credit or debit cards from major participating banks.
- Upgrade Bonus: An INR 8,000 bonus for buyers opting to trade in their older devices.
- Flexible Financing: Up to 18 months of no-cost EMI, or extended standard EMI payment plans stretching up to 30 months.
With the pricing and promotional strategy now locked in, the Galaxy S26 FE is poised to officially enter the competitive Indian premium smartphone market when general sales commence this coming Friday.
