Poco C95 Pro Launch: A Budget Powerhouse with Fast Reverse Charging

Following a premature retail leak last month, Poco has officially unveiled the C95 Pro, a budget-focused smartphone that prioritizes extreme battery endurance and a large, high-refresh-rate display. The official launch in Singapore confirms the device’s hardware specifications and introductory pricing, marking a strong entry into the entry-level C-series lineup.

The clear headliner of the Poco C95 Pro is its massive 7,500mAh battery. Engineered for heavy media consumption, Poco claims the cell can deliver up to 28 hours of continuous video playback or 91 hours of music on a single charge. The device supports 45W turbo charging to replenish the large battery, alongside a highly functional 22.5W wired reverse charging feature, allowing the phone to act as a power bank for other electronics.

The front of the device is dominated by a 6.9-inch HD+ display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. While the 1,600 x 720-pixel resolution is standard for the budget tier, Poco has included a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate for smoother scrolling and responsiveness. The panel reaches 825 nits of High Brightness Mode (HBM) illumination and carries triple TÜV Rheinland certifications ensuring low blue light, flicker-free viewing, and circadian-friendly use.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G91-Ultra chipset. It runs on Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS 3, based on Android 16. The camera system is straightforward, pairing a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor with an 8-megapixel front-facing lens for selfies, supported by a dual video recording mode.

The Poco C95 Pro is currently available in Singapore in Black, Blue, and Green colorways. During the early-bird promotional period, the base 6GB RAM / 128GB storage model is priced at S$169, while the upgraded 8GB RAM / 256GB storage variant costs S$199.
