HPCL Brings LPG to Quick Commerce With HP Navya Launch on Instamart
by Northlines · NorthlinesMumbai, Jul 15: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) on Wednesday launched HP Navya, its new 10 kg Composite LPG Cylinder brand, in partnership with Instamart, enabling customers in Bengaluru to order cylinders online with doorstep delivery as part of a pilot rollout.
The initiative aims to improve access to clean cooking fuel through quick-commerce while enhancing customer convenience with digital ordering and HPCL’s existing LPG distribution network. The service will initially be available in Bengaluru before being expanded to other cities in phases.
The HP Navya Composite LPG Cylinder is lightweight, corrosion-free and designed for easy handling. Its translucent body allows users to monitor the remaining LPG level, while its compact design is intended for apartments, small families, students, working professionals and as a secondary household cylinder.
HPCL said the partnership reflects the growing demand for faster and digitally enabled services. Customers can order the cylinders through Instamart, combining the convenience of online shopping with HPCL’s established LPG supply network.
HPCL Director-Marketing Amit Garg said the company remains focused on delivering innovative energy solutions that emphasise safety, reliability and convenience. He said integrating HP Navya with Instamart would improve accessibility to LPG through a digital platform.
Instamart CEO Amitesh Jha said the platform has expanded beyond grocery deliveries to meet a wider range of household needs, adding that the collaboration with HPCL would extend the same convenience to LPG cylinder delivery while maintaining safety and reliability.
HPCL said the launch of HP Navya marks another step in modernising LPG distribution by combining clean energy solutions with digital convenience, offering consumers a faster and more accessible way to obtain cooking fuel. (Agencies)
