Three Srinagar–Delhi Flights Cancelled Due to NOTAM at Delhi Airport
by Northlines · NorthlinesSrinagar, Jan 19: Three flights operating to and from Srinagar airport were cancelled on Sunday following the issuance of a NOTAM at Delhi airport in view of Republic Day arrangements, officials said.
According to Srinagar airport authorities, the cancellations were made by the respective airlines after airspace and operational restrictions were imposed at Delhi airport. A passenger advisory was subsequently issued, urging travellers to check the latest flight status with their airlines before heading to the airport.
Airport officials expressed regret over the inconvenience caused to passengers and clarified that the cancellations are temporary in nature. The advisory added that the disruptions are directly linked to Republic Day-related restrictions at Delhi airport.
