Samsung’s 2026 mid-rangers have arrived in the US

Samsung's latest 2026-announced devices are now available nationwide.

After the success of the Galaxy S26 series, and before the South Korean tech giant's eventual foldable rollout, Samsung has released the Galaxy A37 5G and the Galaxy A57 5G.

If you're not looking to spend top bucks on a new flagship, Samsung's A series is definitely on your radar. Year-after-year, Samsung's A series has proven to be a safe choice for those looking for an 'affordable' smartphone that doesn't feel outdated, and that pattern is set to continue with the new additions.

The South Korean tech giant's new Galaxy A37 5G starts at $449.99, while the Galaxy A57 5G begins at $549.99.

For that price, both mid-rangers offer a range of AI tech, including Samsung's suite of Awesome Intelligence features. We’re talking about Voice Transcription for lectures and meetings, AI Select to capture content and take action, and even Samsung's revamped Bixby.

Six years of updates for both phones

Elsewhere, the Galaxy A57 is the more premium model out of the two. It has a metal frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the front and back. The cheaper Galaxy A37 has a plastic frame and Gorilla Glass Victus Plus on the front and back.

The former weighs in at 179g and is just 6.9mm thick. The cheaper A37 is 7.4mm thick and weighs in at 196g.

The Galaxy A37 uses a Samsung Exynos 1480 processor while the Galaxy A57 uses the Exynos 1580. Additionally, both phones get six years of both operating system and security updates.

Both devices boast a triple camera setup with identical 50MP wide and 5MP macro shooters. The A57 takes the lead in the ultrawide department with a 12MP shooter, while the A37 sports an 8MP shooter.

Both devices also boast a 5,000mAh battery with Super Fast Charging 2.0.

The Galaxy A57 is available for $549.99 in Awesome Navy, while the Galaxy A37 is available for $449.99 in Awesome Charcoal, Lavender, Graygreen, and White colorways.
