Bechem United opened the scoring in the 27th minute when experienced forward Augustine Okrah finished calmly to give the visitors the lead. Vision responded swiftly, with Sam-an Mohammed equalising just two minutes later to lift the atmosphere among the home supporters.
The hosts carried that momentum into the closing stages of the first half and completed the turnaround in the 44th minute, as Meshack Sowah Adjetey struck to hand Vision a 2-1 advantage at the break.
The contest remained lively after the restart. Okrah brought Bechem level once more with a superb long-range effort, making it 2-2 and setting up a tense finale.
Vision, however, found the decisive moment through Ibrahim Larbi, who scored the winner to secure a hard-fought victory for the home side.
The result moves Vision FC up to ninth on the table with 30 points, one point ahead of Bechem United, who drop to 10th with 29 points.
