THQ Nordic has confirmed that its annual Digital Showcase will return on Friday, 7th August, promising a mix of world premiere announcements, fresh gameplay and updates on some of the publisher’s biggest upcoming titles.

The showcase is scheduled to begin at 8pm BST / 9pm CEST / 12pm PT / 3pm ET and will be streamed live via YouTube, Twitch and Steam. As in previous years, the event will focus entirely on THQ Nordic’s publishing lineup, with several highly anticipated games already confirmed to appear.

Among the titles set to feature are Titan Quest II, Wreckfest 2, The Guild – Europa 1410, Fatekeeper, Expeditions: Samurai, The Eternal Life of Goldman and Way of the Hunter 2,  though THQ Nordic has also teased a number of unannounced projects and surprise reveals. The publisher says fans can expect world premieres, updates on previously announced games, and a handful of long-awaited release dates.

While the publisher is keeping most of its cards close to its chest, the teaser announcement hints at a varied showcase, with everything from darker, more mature experiences to lighter family-friendly titles. As always, speculation is already mounting over what else could make an appearance, but with so many already announced games, THQ Nordic doesn’t really need to tease much more than that.

We’ll be keeping an eye on the showcase when it airs on 7th August, bringing you all the biggest announcements and trailers as they happen.
