IKEA just released a Kallax mod for Skyrim to help with your storage needs, and it’s voiced by Mat Berry

IKEA are living up to their ‘The Wonderful Everyday’ tagline today, because they’ve just released Kallax Storageborn, a unique mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that brings one of their most iconic and enduring shelving units to life in the video game. Oh, and it’s voiced by Matt Berry.

You can download it from Bethesda’s Creations mod library here for PC and Xbox.

Kallax, the slimmed down son of Expedit, will be your adventuring companion, helping you with your inevitably overflowing inventory, and it even comes with a brand new quest to tackle.

As you become encumbered, you will head down to the Dwemer emporium and head off on a quest to defeat clutter once and for all. You’ll have to build your own Kallax Storageborn, which comes with massive amounts of storage for you to fill up with all your junk. It can even be summoned with a Thu’um when not your companion.

There’s other additions, including an Allenblade and Meatball Helmet, helping you to beef up and beat down anyone that stands in your way.

It’s a daft bit of marketing, coming off the back of the newly announced IKEA and Xbox collaboration, YXSTABY, which includes nine accessories and bits of furniture themed around the console and gaming in general. It includes an X-shaped pillow, easel-like TV stand, a rather nice looking metal frame chair, giant thumbstick stool and more.
