If you have been looking at the product page of LEGO 2K Drive on digital storefronts recently, you will have noticed that there is a new notice on those pages. This notice states that LEGO 2K Drive is going to be delisted from all digital storefronts on May 19th and that it the servers will be switched off in May 2027. The delisting comes three years after LEGO 2K Drive was released.

The full statement on digital store pages for LEGO 2K Drive says, “This product will no longer be available for purchase as of 05/19/2026. NOTE: All multiplayer servers for LEGO® 2K Drive will be shutdown as of 05/31/2027. After that time, all game functions requiring online servers will no longer function.”

The reason for the delisting of LEGO 2K Drive has not been stated, with reasons possibly being licenses expiring, or server upkeep not worth the cost. 2K routinely removes games from sale and shuts down servers, though generally this is for its sports games that have newer entries. Unless there is a LEGO 2K Drive 2 coming out, that is not the case here.

LEGO 2K Drive Review

In our LEGO 2K Drive review, Dom said, “Lego 2K Drive does an incredible job of bringing Lego racing to life; it’s unashamedly creative, consistently energetic, and confidently amusing. It’s the kind of game that can bring families together in front of a screen, and away from it.” He scored it a 9/10 because of how good the game is.
