Dunelm shoppers are snapping up a 'smart and stylish' floor lamp as it's slashed in price in the retailer's massive autumn sale. Those who have already picked up the budget-friendly furniture piece insist that it is a 'brilliant buy' as it brightens up a room and makes a statement.

The Drei Tripod Floor Lamp has a full RRP of £45 but shoppers can snag it with a massive 50% discount, for a very limited time. That brings the total down to the much friendlier price of £22.50.

On Amazon, a pack of two of the Dicuno the Vintage Light Bulbs cost £9.99.

The Drei Tripod Floor Lamp has been well received by shoppers, racking up an impressive overall rating of 4.6 out of five from over 80 reviews. Giving it a glowing five stars, one Dunelm shopper said: "This is the second purchase. Loved it so much in the living room, bought another for the conservatory."

A second wrote: "The lamp is brilliant and exactly what I was looking for to finish off our newly decorated front room. Easy to assemble and looks classical. it's also a big hit with our two Maine Coon kittens and robust enough to withstand their playing and tapping."

Somebody else said: "Smart and stylish, easy to assemble. Quite lightweight for a floor lamp. Good value for money. Shade is of a good quality. Very pleased with item. Would recommend."

However, among the very few negative reviews, one shopper gave the Drei Tripod Floor Lamp a three-star review, hailing it as is a 'bit of a let down'. They said: "It looks nice once assembled, that was easy to do. However, it’s very flimsy and wouldn’t survive long in a busy household with pets and children. It’s not really worth the money, but cheaper than other versions."

But somebody else loved their latest Dunelm purchase, adding: " bought this lamp for my daughter as a housewarming present. She is very particular about how she accessorises a room. This time I got it right, she loves it. It’s a simple lamp that makes a statement. Just lovely."
