ITV I'm A Celebrity fans beg 'please' as they all make same demand and say 'get him out'
by Miranda Pell · Manchester Evening NewsITV I'm A Celebrity 2024 is more than halfway through and in Friday's episode the first celebrity will be eliminated.
Many I'm A Celeb viewers are making the same demand online ahead of the first elimination, which will be announced at the end of todays episode, with people calling for who they want to see evicted first. Viewers say they 'hope' Radio DJ Dean McCullough will be the first celebrity to leave the jungle.
Tension has begun to build in the jungle as the campmates get hungrier and start to miss their loved ones. Professional dancer Oti Mabuse had a low moment and broke down crying in Thursday's episode, to be comforted by N-Dubz star Tulisa.
Dean McCullough has been voted to take part in the majority of the Bushtucker trials, resulting in a lot of screaming and not always a lot of stars won.
And now, ahead of the first elimination, fans have flocked to X, formerly Twitter, to express which celeb they want to see leave. And many viewers are in agreement.
@DanaTurney1 wrote: "if dean is not the first person to leave the jungle tonight then quite frankly we have all failed as a nation #ImACeleb".
@humbug83 said: "i hope Dean is first out #ImaCeleb".
@jemmamc86 commented: "Would love to see Dean get voted out of the jungle tonight #ImACeleb".
@stephenescott2 agreed: "Dean must go tonight", and @MN456782 wrote: "Time to get Dean out. #ImACeleb".
Tonight will mark the first elimination of this year's series of I'm A Celebrity, and viewers have been voting since Thursday evening for their favourite celebrities.
And the celebrity with the fewest vote will be the first campmate to be eliminated from the jungle.
Prior to Thursday evening, ITV viewers were voting for which celeb they wanted to see take part in the gruelling Bushtucker trials to earn food for camp, but now the contestants will decide amongst themselves who will compete for food, as viewers are now voting to eliminate.
In Thursday's episode, hosts Ant and Dec introduced a twist which means the celebs must not 'pay' for ordinary things in camp such as using the dunny and having a shower.
After today's elimination, the remaining celebs will be one step closer to being crowned King or Queen of the Jungle.
