ITV I'm A Celebrity fans make series prediction as they deliver 'best ever' verdict
by Fionnula Hainey · Manchester Evening NewsITV viewers have made a prediction about the new series of I'm A Celebrity as the entertainment show returned to screens on Sunday night.
Ten celebrities have entered the Australian jungle hoping to be crowned the next King or Queen of the Jungle - and fans have decided the new group could be the 'best ever' line up the show has seen.
Campmates include professional dancer Oti Mabuse, N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos, Loose Women’s Jane Moore and McFly star Danny Jones. WAG Coleen Rooney is also taking part in the show, along with Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall, BBC Radio 1 stars Melvin Odoom and Dean McCullough, podcaster GK Barry and former Irish boxer Barry McGuigan.

Fans watching along at home took to social media to give their verdict on the line up, with many predicting that there would be plenty of entertainment in store for this series.
"Actually think its the first year I've liked everyone in it great line up," one viewer said on X. Another commented: "This is the best line up in so long," with a third adding: "Quite possibly the best #ImACeleb line up I've ever seen."
A fourth wrote: "This is such a GREAT line up this year. Totally loving it already." Somebody else agreed, writing: "This #ImACeleb line up is so great tho! so excited for the next couple weeks. entertainment galore."
Another fan said: "I think this is the best line up we’ve had IN YEARS! It feels like it’ll be a fun series."
Viewers were taken with the campmates just minutes into the show, with one writing: "Best line up of #ImACeleb in years! Rooting for so many of them!" and another adding: "I don’t think I’ve loved the group of camp mates so early before. A very good line up this year."
The first episode saw the ten celebrities group up into pairs to battle it out to become the first camp leaders of the series. The top dogs will get certain privileges, including being exempt from the first trial, not having to do chores and getting to sleep in the leaders’ lodge.
Dean chose to pair up with Coleen, Barry joined up with Danny and Jane picked GK Barry, as the two both appear on Loose Women. The pairs had to travel in Jeeps to a river where they had to find keys to unlock boats by putting their hands into “hell holes”.
At the end of the challenge, Alan and Tulisa were crowned the new leaders of camp and all 10 celebrities made their way to their new home.
