BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Chris McCausland supported after 'stern talking to' admission
by Jessica Sansome · Manchester Evening NewsChris McCausland has been supported by fans as he joked about having a 'stern talking to' after his last Strictly Come Dancing performance.
During the latest live edition of the hit dance show on Saturday night (November 30), which was both the quarter-final and Strictly's Musicals Week special, saw the comedian and his professional dance partner perform a quickstep to You’re The Top from Anything Goes.
Dianne was seen and heard screaming with delight at the end of the performance, which went on to see them receive a score of 32 out of a possible 40 points.

Judge Craig Revel Horwood said of the dance: "Your posture, I think, suffered in this particular dance coming up, and it was getting a little bit hunched again, and your weight seemed to be drifting a little bit too far forward.
"The footwork at the end was not right as well, but you know what you bring to this? Personality, the acting was absolutely brilliant. And I agree with everyone else, the movement around the floor, the amount of floor you covered, was exceptional."
It was then confirmed during Strictly's latest results show on Sunday (December 1) that Chris, who is Strictly's first-ever blind contestant, and his professional dance partner Dianne had made it through to the upcoming semi-final, which takes place this Saturday night (December 7).
Before then, Chris has taken to Instagram to share a clip from his and Dianne's most recent appearance in the ballroom in which he could be seen talking to co-host Claudia Winkleman about liking ballroom, enjoying the 'joyful' song they got to perform to but added: "As for this left arm, I'll be having words with it later."

The 47-year-old captioned the clip on his Instagram page: "This week it was a bit of joyful ballroom and a stern chat with my right arm afterwards..." And while his comment was tongue-in-cheek, Chris' fans and followers were quick to respond.
