Hargreaves Lansdown is experiencing technical issues affecting parts of its website and app - which is impacting users from being able to transact on their accounts, as well as other services

Financial services firm Hargreaves Lansdown has been hit with technical issues across its website and app.

The glitch is impacting clients' ability to transact on their accounts, as well as other services. "All clients' assets and data are secure and there is no evidence of any cyber incident data breach or system compromise," Hargreaves Lansdown said in a statement on its website.

"We're sorry for the inconvenience we know this will cause and are working to restore our service as soon as possible," it added.

More than 800 people report issues this morning

More than 800 people have logged issues with Hargreaves Lansdown's website and app this morning. The technical issues appeared to start from around 6:30am, according to Downdetector.

Hargreaves Lansdown says it is currently experiencing technical issues which are intermittently affecting some parts of its website and app. "This is impacting clients' ability to transact on their accounts and some of our services are currently unavailable," it said.
