GHD Glide hot brush at its lowest price in an early Black Friday sale
Black Friday sales have already begun, and if you're looking to save on a new hair styling tool, we've found the ghd Glide hot brush at one of the lowest prices
by Laura Mulley · The MirrorThe best hair styling tools – especially ones from top brands such as ghd – often don't come cheap, which is why when sales such as the Black Friday ones come around it's an excellent time to shop if you've had your eye on one.
Ghd's own Black Friday sale has already begun and it'll save you £40 on the popular Glide smoothing hot brush, taking it down from £179 to £139 – but we've spotted a way to save even more.
The limited edition ghd Glide Smoothing Hot Brush in Champagne Gold is currently down to £125.30 on the Debenhams website – that's 30% off – which is one of the cheapest prices we've ever seen it. We think this special gold-and-red colourway is extra festive too, making a great gift, and will look especially glam on your dressing table.

Designed to give a smooth, frizz-free style in seconds, the ghd Glide hot brush features dual-action ceramic heater and ion technology and, like all ghd tools, operates at 185ºC, which ghd has found is the optimum temperature for heat styling without damaging your hair.
Shoppers over on the ghd website have been impressed by this piece of kit too, awarding it hundreds of five star reviews.
"Absolutely stunning, easy to use and the best thing is that it leaves your hair looking amazing," one person wrote, adding, "I have very long hair and thin and for me had worked wonders, it leaves my hair straight but with a little volume and very silky and shiny."
"I cannot praise this product enough," another agreed. "After using other branded hot brushes I didn't hold out much hope for this one but I was amazed with the results. Having thick, frizzy, coarse hair not many products work on it but this definitely is above the rest."
A third happy customer preferred it to using regular straighteners, commenting, "I love it, it’s so much less tiring than using a normal straightener, it heats up so well and glides through my hair lovely."
Not everyone was completely won over though, with one shopper writing: "While the brush works it is not at all ideal for shorter hair. The brush itself is very thick and because of the design you end up with an 'flick out' at the bottom."
If you are looking for a hair styling tool for short hair, the ghd Mini Hair Straightener is specifically designed for straightening smaller sections of hair – and currently has £20 off.
And if you have a Glide hot brush on your wish list but prefer to have in in classic black, you'll find this available on ghd's own website as well as retailers such as Amazon and John Lewis – although Debenhams is still the cheapest price.
