Kate Middleton, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis' favourite meals - they're not very royal
The Princess of Wales has previously shared some of the dishes she likes to cook for her three children, revealing she enjoys making a variety of dishes from scratch
by Lucy Skoulding, Jasmine Carey · The MirrorKate Middleton has always embraced being a hands-on mum, often cooking from scratch for her three children. The Princess of Wales, 42, is known for whipping up delicious meals for Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, demonstrating how the future Queen strives to provide them with a down-to-earth upbringing.
She's previously opened up about her go-to dishes for the family, highlighting her domestic prowess. Recollecting a conversation on BBC Radio 1 with her spouse Prince William and hosts Jordan North and Vick Hope last year, she queried Prince William, "Are you cooking? ", eliciting his response, "No, I think it will probably be a curry, won't it tonight? ". The Princess then said she might whip up one of her favourites like a curry or teriyaki salmon. She pointed out when preparing curry, she adds spice gradually since William cannot take very hot ones as it makes him "too sweaty".
In addition to curries, the Duchess enjoys preparing Italian dishes with her brood. During an engagement at Lavender Primary School, she shared with Matthew Kleiner-Mann that they're fond of making cheesy pasta together, where each child takes part in the fun stirring flour or adding milk and butter. They also love putting together salads, truly a family affair in the kitchen, reports the Express.
Kate is quite the homemade pizza aficionado, and it's a family affair with her little ones getting stuck in to help knead the dough. Speaking to Mary Berry, the Duchess shared: "I really enjoy it. Actually one of the last things we cooked, together, was your pizza dough. We made pizzas with your pizza dough recipe...They absolutely loved it."
