B*Witched's tour rider reads like shopping list - and one member takes stuff home

Pop group B*Witched's rider requests for gigs includes plenty of booze as well as one item which a member has been seen to take home with her.

The rider for girl group B*Witched reads like a shopping list.

Edele Lynch admits: “Our riders aren’t wild, but there’s quite a bit on them.“ A hot meal, salads, sandwiches, crisps… there’s a ridiculous amount of alcohol too, even though it’s rare that we drink it.

"Hendrick’s gin and Disaronno, red wine, white wine, champagne and beers… half the time it’s left behind, but it’s just in case you have that moment where you wanna just enjoy yourselves.”

One item on the list does raise eyebrows, though. Edele adds: “Oh, I need to slag Sinead off a little bit – there’s almond butter on our rider. There’s no bread so I’m like, ‘Why?! ’She always tends to end up going home with it.”

It’s even a running joke in the group chat which Edele, sister Keavy, Lindsay Armaou and Sinead O’Carroll have with boy band Blue. Edele admits: “We’ve got a WhatsApp group called BlueWitched.”
