Harry Potter fans say this is one of the theories they hate the most

There's a Harry Potter theory that fans say this is one they hate the most - and it doesn’t even involve magic.

A Harry Potter theory has been circulating the Pottersphere and many fans are saying that this is one of the ideas they hate the most.

Die hard Potterheads are often debating their favourite theories or discussing plot lines from the series. There's a Harry Potter Reddit thread that asked: "What's one HP fan theory you hate/dislike the most?"

In response, one fansaid: "Draco being cruel to Hermione because he "liked her/had a crush on her."

Throughout the series, Draco is often cruel to Hermione, and even refers to her as a "filthy little mudblood" which is one of the worst names you can call someone in the wizarding world. Some fans think it's just because Draco has a crush on Hermione and insults her as a form of deflection, but many are not in favour of this theory.

In agreement, one fan said: "That feeling when you’re horrible to the girl you like because you just don’t know how to talk to her."

While another said: "How on earth does hoping she’ll be the one who dies mean he has a crush on her?" A third fan added: "Wasn’t really a romantic crush. It was more of a grudging obsession."

There are heaps of theories out there that Harry Potter fans can't always agree on. One closely links Hagrid to the Death Eaters, while many also thought that Harry was going to die.

A funnier theory many Potterheads had was that Neville Longbottom's toad Trevor might be an animagus. Neville was often losing Trevor and so many fans became sceptical that something significant might happen to him.

Ron's pet Scabbers turned out to be Peter Pettigrew - AKA Wormtail - so the theory is one of the more logical ones.
