The incident occurred around 7PM, while many bystanders had gathered along the road for the light parade in the town of Nunspeet in the Netherlands.
A massive emergency response was sparked after the car drove into the crowd, with several ambulances and three trauma helicopters deployed to provide medical assistance.
At this time, no foul play appears to have been suspected, but this is still under investigation, GelreNieuws.nl reports. The driver's motive and any potential arrests are still unknown.
