Dockers coach Justin Longmuir spoke on the Kayo Sports pre-game about the task at hand for his side.

“Obviously last week was disappointing and we didn’t put our best foot forward, but we finished on top of the ladder, and we gave ourselves two opportunities,” Longmuir said.

“We’ve got to put our best foot forward tonight because it’s do or die now.

“When we beat them here in round 15 it was our contest work [that shone], and it wasn’t necessarily the first contest.

“It was the second or third contest, and the turnover within those contests that we’re able to exploit.

“If we can get enough turnovers between the arcs, they’ll give us an opportunity. But we also understand their experience and the different levers that they can pull in-game, and different looks they can throw at us.”
