How big is the download for GTA 6?

You might need to delete something.

If you have been eagerly anticipating Grand Theft Auto 6, you won't have to wait much longer. By November 19, we will all be tearing around the streets of Vice City, committing a variety of crimes. Before that, you'll need to figure out if GTA 6 will fit on your console.

How big is the download for GTA 6?

The download size for Grand Theft Auto 6 is around 212 GB, according to the official Rockstar Games FAQ. The site states that it can be up to 212GB, depending on your device. I suspect this means that Xbox Series S might get less intensive textures to reduce the install size and RAM requirements, but we will have to wait for Rockstar to release more information.

Pre-load for the game begins on November 10 for digital pre-orders, while physical pre-orders will start to fulfill from November 12, giving you plenty of time to prepare for launch on November 19.

The Shack Team will dive in on launch day to bring you excellent coverage with news, guides, and, of course, a meticulously explored and pinned GTA 6 map on Shackmaps.
