Apple revealed a new home theater ecosystem this week with the Apple TV 4K set. Powered by Apple’s newest version of Siri AI, Apple TV 4K allows for a high-resolution and optional hands-free home theater experience. It’s available to pre-order now, starting at $299, and will be shipping on November 13.

Apple announced its 4K TV accessories as part of the Welcome Home event which introduced a number of AI-powered Apple smart home accessories. The Apple 4K TV is equipped with far-field microphones that allow users to easily give commands to the Siri AI digital assistant in things like starting a show or movie, creating reminders, turning it on or off, lowering and raising volume, and more. Apple 4K TV also connects easily to Apple HomePod accessories, allowing users to set up a surround sound system.

Apple let loose with reveals of a number of products in its presentation. HomeView introduced us to a new AI-assisted display and it came alongside the reveal of new doorbells, home cameras, and thermostats meant to flesh out Apple’s next-generation smart home experience.

With the Apple 4K TV joining that lineup on November 13, 2026, stay tuned to the Apple topic for more news and updates.
