IO Interactive says Project Fantasy is 'in a very healthy place'
IO announced that it was developing a fantasy RPG in 2023.

IO Interactive CEO Hakan Abrak was speaking with The Game Business when he was asked about the status of Project Fantasy, which was announced back in 2023. “It is in a very healthy place,” he said, after declining to comment on rumors about the game’s funding partner. “And it’s amazing.”
That was all Abrak had to say about Project Fantasy, which will mark new territory for developer IO Interactive whenever it arrives.
