Nintendo (NTDOY) reported its Fiscal Year 2026 earnings, and in that release the company reported unit sales for its biggest game of the year, Pokémon Pokopia.

Pokémon Pokopia sold over 4 million units in the five weeks following its release. That number is a global cumulative total that includes Japan where the software is released by The Pokémon Company. Pokémon Pokopia released on March 5, 2026, and is one of five games to cross the 1 million units sold threshold for the Nintendo Switch 2 console. The other four are Mario Kart World (14.7 million units), Donkey Kong Bananza (4.52 million units), Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition (3.94 million units), and Kirby Air Riders (1.87 million units).
