How to buy a car wash in Grand Theft Auto Online

Purchasing a car wash in GTA Online is yet one more way to earn money in the game. Here's how to do it.

GTA Online in 2026 has a metric ton of ways to make money, and if you buy a car wash, you’ll add one more semi-passive income source to the laundry list that’s available. It’s a simple process, too, and we’ll go over all the details in this guide.

How to buy a car wash in GTA Online

To buy a car wash in GTA Online, you first need to visit Martin Madrazo near the airstrip in the southwestern portion of Los Santos.

Select the icon there and accept the phone call from Madrazo, then drive to the airport.

Pull up to the yellow quest ring at the airport entrance and enter Madrazo’s car when it pulls up. Watch the cutscene, and at the end, you’ll be dropped off at the foreclosed car wash itself.

From there, all you need to do is pay up a cool $1,000,000. You can do so either by interacting with the Foreclosed sign on the car wash building or on the Internet Maze Bank Foreclosures site.

You can find the Hands On Carwash in the center of the main city area of Los Santos. It’s just a bit to the left of the central car wash icon.

If you’re on the Maze Bank site, you can also filter the various icons by selecting them by pressing the various red text boxes in the top right of the site map.

The car wash in GTA Online is relatively inexpensive as investments go, and adds one more way to make your mark in the wild streets of Los Santos.
