Where to find and defeat Tethys the Defended in Destiny 2 - Are You Sure About This Triumph

Danger lurks around every corner in Destiny 2 after the Monument of Triumph update. For the Are You Sure About This Triumph, you will need to find and defeat Tethys the Defended. Before you set out looking for him, you will need to get the Telesto, as that is the only weapon that can crack his shield.

Where to find and defeat Tethys the Defended in Destiny 2

To find Tethys, go to the Last City and head to the Rheasilvia area. Go through the Divilian Mists, taking the left at the huge door to come out near Petra Venj, then go to the right. You are looking for a small cave directly under the large bridge that spans a deep ravine along this route.

All you need to do is follow a small path down to the left when you reach the big bridge, or else just drop off and float down. You will find Tethys in the cave at the bottom, although if he was recently killed by another Guardian, you may need to reload to get him to reappear.

Now, Tethys is legitimately tough. You need to use the Telesto to break his shields, which will try to recharge very quickly. He also teleports a lot and does plenty of damage, so you also need to worry about dying. My advice here is to go after him with other people, as it will make him easier to handle.
