How the Contribution Shop works in Crimson Desert

Be a good neighbour.

There are many shops to frequent in Crimson Desert, but one, the Contributions shop, works a little bit differently from all the rest. Nothing for sale there can be purchased with Coin; instead, it requires a completely different currency. Here is what you need to know about it.

How the Contribution Shop works in Crimson Desert

As you play through Crimson Desert and clear camps, complete quests for NPCs, discover secrets, and take out bosses and enemies, you will earn a special currency called Contribution. This can then be spent at the Contributions shop for a limited selection of gear, weapons, and armour. This can often be a great way to give your character a little boost when you need it.

Both Contribution Points and Contribution Shop are region-specific, so you cannot bank a large amount of points in one region and then spend them in another. You will have 1 Contribution Point to spend for each Level of Contribution that you earn, but should you lose some Contribution level, you won't lose a point. You will, however, need to earn your way back to where you were to begin earning points again.
