How to complete A Rising Tide in ARC Raiders

A Rising Tide will take you to two maps in ARC Raiders, looking for evidence of an old-world project. Here's how to complete the quest.

Some quests in ARC Raiders, like A Rising Tide, ask you to visit multiple maps to complete. Worse, this particular quest doesn’t adequately explain where you need to go or what you need to find, but you’ll learn everything you need to know in this guide.

How to complete the quest A Rising Tide in ARC Raiders

To complete A Rising Tide, you’ll be visiting both the Buried City and Dam Battlegrounds, with the City being your first stop.

On Buried City, you’re headed to the apartment buildings south of Piazza Roma (but which are still within the Piazza Roma point of interest).

You’re looking for a barricaded apartment in the northern of the two apartment buildings. You can only reach it by either taking a ladder down from the roof or by jumping across the gap between the south and north structures.

The clearest way is to head to the southern building, A1, and go up to the fifth floor. Make your way to the northeasternmost section, and you’ll see an open room across the gap between the buildings. That’s the apartment you need to find.

Jump across, head to the far end, and search the computer consoles at the back of the room. Doing so completes the Buried City section of A Rising Tide.

Next, you’ll be heading to Dam Battlegrounds, specifically the Power Generation Complex. The quest progresses whenever you reach that point of interest.

Now you need to go to the Controlled Access Zone, the red loot area south of the Complex. There are several ways to get in. If you travel south from inside the Power Generation Complex, you can cross the metal walkway to get inside.

If you take the walkway, however, you’ll need to go to the bottom of the Zone and navigate your way up the stairs to the top, possibly accosted by Shredders and other ARC on your way.

You can also take a ladder down from the area above the Controlled Access Zone. The ladder is in the southeastern section, and you’ll know you’re close by the busted grating near it.

Once you’re on the upper floors of the Controlled Access Zone, work your way around past the window bank. Down the hall on your left will be a door that leads into an office.

There’s a whiteboard in the southwestern section of the office. Approach it and take a photo when prompted.

Taking the picture is the fifth and final step of A Rising Tide. There are no special quest items or other tricky requirements. Just head back to Celeste to report your findings and reap your reward.
